Holiday Policies

Reservations are required for all boarding stays. The following holiday reservations should be made well in advance:
  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
A Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card will be required to hold reservations during holiday times. We are closed to the public on these holidays, but you can be sure we are here catering to your pets as always!!!

If making a reservation change or cancellation during any of these holidays, please be sure to call the office during business hours and speak to one of our office staff. Please do not leave messages on the voice mail or via e-mail to cancel during a holiday time. In order to avoid a cancellation charge, you must call and cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to the first date of service.

A fee of 50% of your reserved holiday booking will be charged for cancellations within 7 days of check-in date. This amount will be charged to your credit card. NO SHOWS and CANCELLATIONS within 24 hrs of first date of service will be charged full fee to your credit card for the days reserved.
